Pricing

On-site Support

A standard call out fee of $40 applies to all standard rate on-site services. Included in the fee is 30 minutes of service time. Note that some locations may incur a higher call out fee depending on the distance to site. Clients will be notified of any extra charges at time of booking.

  • Standard rate - $40 per half hour
  • After hours rate - $66 per half hour

Note that higher call out fees apply to after hours on-site support. Please check when you make the booking.

Drop-off & Pick-up

If you’d like to save money, why not organise off-site system repairs for a fixed price. All you have to do is contact me by phone (or through the contact form) and we can then organise a time for you to drop your computer off. Alternatively, for an extra cost, I can pick-up the computer from your home or office and return it at your convenience once the system is ready.
